Machine wash - Gentle wash cold cycle with like colours. 

To remove food stains: Try to rinse the stain immediately as much as possible , applying a layer of baking soda or talcum powder reduces the stain. You can also use bleach liquids with soap (make sure they are color proof) to remove tougher stains.
